JAMES POCKETT starred for Hawarden Park in their impressive home win against Bunbury in Division One.
Pockett scored 75 as Park set a daunting 195-6, before Bunbury posted their reply of 87-6.
Mario Swart hit 51 for Wrexham Hospitals in their home victory against Boughton Hall. Hospitals scored 157-5 before Hall fell short in their reply of 126-8.
Barrow A had a walkover against Gwersyllt who failed to raise a team; and Bromborough Paints shared the points with Ashton Hayes because the ground was unfit for play.
Christleton Lions edged to victory at Saughall in Division Two.
I Byron hit 58 for Lions who made 97 for 6 after Saughall had set a target of 96-8.
Legal Eagles made 65-4 in their home win against Backford Hall who made 41-9 in reply; and Northop Hall made a winning reply of 111-2 at home to Llay Welfare who had set a target of 110-4.
Waverton scored 66-2 for success after seeing Castell Alun set a target of 65-7.
Nick Jenson made 73 for Northop but ended up on the losing side at home to Growhow who had D Jones rack up 56.
Northop had made 139-4 before Growhow hit 142-6 in reply.
Graeme Settle took 5-14 for Halkyn in their Division Four win at Eastham Xbatters who were skittled out for 67 before Halkyn replied with 68 without loss.
Frodsham made 101-9 in their win at home to Burton who stumbled to 89-6 in reply.
Tarporley scored 94-4 in reply to Academicals 93-9, and Castrol were awarded the points from their match after Royal Oak were unable to raise a team.
N Warburton (5-8) and N Washbrook (50no) combined for Mill Brow in their win in Division Five at Castle Square Cutters who were skittled out for 69 before Mill Brow hit 72-1 in reply.
Andy Bennion helped steer Little Oak Taverners to victory at home to West Cheshire College.
Little Oak made 116-6 before the College fell short on 104-9.
J Skudder took 4-14 in Saightonians win at Airbus who were 48 all out before their opponents replied with 49-3.
Andrew Slight took 5-9 for Manor Athletic in their defeat in Division Six at home to City Bar.
Manor made 100-6 before City Bar hit 101-7 in reply.
Connah's Quay made 114-3 in reply to Wirral's 112-9, while Shotton (67-8) defeated Dodleston (66 all out), and HSBC Chester (85-9) edged out The Fields (84 all out).
Maritime (165 all out) scored a home win against Maeshafn (87-9), while Red Lion (93-3) defeated Heberians (92-6), and Buckley were awarded the points from their fixture at home to Grange Old Boys who were unable to
raise a team.
