The Chester-based triathlete has celebrated a gold medal-winning success in the Welsh Championships and a successful European Cup debut season in 2007.
The 21-year-old is now competing amongst the world's best. As his race results continue to demo
nstrate he is destined to go from strength to strength – and this young athlete has the 2012 Olympics in his sights.
To help to position him among the next generation of budding Olympians, Oly has turned to Chester-based Entyce Creative for guidance on marketing techniques and advice on how best to communicate his news and successes.
Entyce have designed and created a website to provide further information on Oly's race results and sporting achievements as a whole.
Born and raised in Cheshire, Oly's early ambitions of becoming a great sportsman were shaped as a member of county teams.
He said: "I started swimming lessons at the Chester City Baths with my older sister Sarah. Although I didn't take to the water at first, I was persuaded to give swimming another go and followed my sister into the squad system at Chester swimming club. It wasn't long before swimming started taking over mine and the rest of my family's lives with competitions most weekends."
Oly's talent was spotted at a young age by Britain's chief Olympic triathlon coach, Dan Salcedo, and his sporting successes have now gained him sponsorship from some of the biggest names associated with the sporting world.
Oly said: "With the constant training that the sport demands, it meant I had little time to concentrate on promoting myself and keeping my sponsors and supporters up to date with my race results.
"Through recommendation, I was given Entyce Creative's name for their integrated approach to design and digital marketing and for their great ideas. The results have far exceeded my expectations, and they have made my liaison with supporters so much easier for me to manage."
Oly's website now ranks highly amongst his competitors and keen sport fans can keep up to date with his ongoing news and progress at
