A man is to appear in court over an incident at Carlisle races which delayed the start of a race.
Mark Cleminson, 38, was arrested on the course and charged with drunk and disorderly behaviour.

The incident, which delayed the start of a race by nine minutes, follows recent fights among racegoers at Sandown and Newmarket.
